On 15th September 2006 TPL will open its Center for Professional Development and will teach focused ESL for the Oil and Gas sector. The center will also house a full range of Dynamic Process and Pipeline Simulation models.

The event is the first global forum focusing on provision of education and training services to the oil and gas industry. Our focus is on 'Project Nationalization' and is supported by our expertise in our four core business areas; Personnel Training, Manpower Services, Competency Assurance and Technical Services. Aug 2004 Kizomba A FPSO – First Oil
ExxonMobil announces production from its affiliate ESSO Exploration Angola (Block 15) Limited Kizomba A facility. TPL participated significantly in the training and development of the Angolan national technician and operator staff assigned to Kizomba A.
Aug 2004 Trainee Graduation – UCCB & NSCC, Canada
Trainees from ExxonMobil's Sakhalin and Angola affiliates graduate from University College Cape Breton and Nova Scotia Community College, Nova Scotia, Canada. The graduation is the culmination of a 12 month program that provided the trainees with an opportunity to further their discipline specific training. TPL participated in English Language teaching and technical skills coordination for this group in their respective countries. TPL has English teachers and technical staff engaged on three continents.
July 2004 Training Partners ( Chad) Limited
TPL has obtained company registration in Chad and have set up a regional branch office. Investment in this infrastructure enables TPL to strengthen links with existing clients in addition to meeting the future requirements of new projects.
June 2004 BP Extends TPL contract for provision of Training Staff in Angola
Through recognition of the quality of service and cost effectiveness, BP has extended the contract for TPL. TPL have been involved with training support for BP's Block 18 Venture in Angola for over 4 years now.

Mar 2004 Workplace Assessor Training in
LaBarge, Wyoming
In line with the extensive upgrading of the LaBarge facility in Wyoming, TPL participated in Workplace Assessor Training as part of ExxonMobil's ongoing commitment to competency assurance. A range of courses were delivered including Workplace Assessor Training and ‘Train the Trainer'.
Nov 2003 XiKomba – First Oil
ExxonMobil announces production from its affiliate Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) limited Xikomba facility. TPL participated significantly in the training and development of the 18 Angolan national maintenance technicians assigned to Xikomba.
Sept 2003 TPL awarded major contract with ESSO Production Chad
TPL have been awarded the contract to provide a range of services at both the Abderrahman Dadi Training Center in Kome and the ESSO Training Center in N'Djamena. TPL's expertise will be utilized in a number of key areas including Curriculum Development, Technical Instruction (Operations, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Safety), English Language teaching, Competency Assurance and Technical Authoring. In all TPL will supply over fifteen staff to the project and is responsible for delivery of services to over 100 expatriates and 120 Chadian trainees. With a production facility in Kome and a pipeline extending for over 1,000 km to an FSO anchored off Kribi in Cameroon, our team will be making frequent trips into Cameroon in order to meet the training and competency assurance requirements of the project's partner company COTCO.
